FBI Searches For 2 Men Who Robbed Skokie Bank At Gunpoint | Skokie, IL Patch

SKOKIE, IL — Two men who robbed a bank in Skokie at gunpoint Tuesday remain at large, according to the FBI.

Shortly after 3 p.m., federal agents were called to the Bank of America, 9353 Skokie Blvd., for a report of a robbery that had just occurred.

Two men entered the bank branch and demanded money, with at least one of them brandishing a gun at staff, an FBI spokesperson said.

Both suspects were described as being Black men between the ages of 20 and 30, with medium builds.

One of them was 5 feet, 6 or 7 inches tall and wore a camouflage boonie hat, blue surgical mask, black zip-up "Michael Jordan" hoodie, red sweatpants and purple nitrile gloves, according to the description provided by the FBI.

The other was 5 feet, 9 to 11 inches tall, and he wore a white baseball hat emblazoned with "Hawks" in yellow letters, a black balaclava, a yellow reflective vest with "Security" written on it, a long-sleeved blue NASA shirt and red sweatpants with write stripes on the site and white paint marks.

There were no injuries reported in the robbery.

FBI officials, who have yet to offer a reward in the case, asked members of the public to report tips online or by phone.
